I did like the hats in this film.
As far as the film itself, I thought it started out interesting, but went downhill. Without giving away anything, the ending felt as though the production team simply ran out of money and decided they had to end it.
I echo the sentiments of others here who say their Akubras are becoming their "go to" hat. I have one Stylemaster that seems to be my default hat most of the time. For the money, Akubras are great choices.
I've actually been slowly debating getting a stingy Akubra for quite some time...
Caity Lynn: that's a creepy story, thanks for sharing. I don't know what it means, but when I was a kid, I had a very strong fear of asylums. This was so much to the point that I used to have dreams about being trapped in one, and trying to escape while being chased by someone. I don't have...
I definitely believe in karma too.
For the thieves' sake, they better not be stupid enough to try to sale it all together. That should raise a huge red flag to any buyer. Hopefully they will do something stupid though...all the better in the name of justice.
I'm really in the same boat as Shangas. I can't really choose just one. However, I more often listen to Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Duke Ellington, or Count BAsie. Still, they're all different, and I couldn't imagine listening to just one of them.
Wow. If all the furniture is still together in the trailer (which may be questionable considering this was a month ago), it seems there would be a greater chance at recovery.
I wonder if the thief knows the actual value of the furniture.
Well, one man's reject is another man's treasure. Those all look pretty nice to me, Buler. Thanks for sharing! I definitely like the Royal De Luxe. :eusa_clap
Hey now, that scarf and hat look like they could be sold together in a set! lol
Honestly, he doesn't look that bad to me. Sure, it's not a fedora I'd wear, but it most CERTAINLY looks better than what I see some people wearing from time to time.
Welcome HosManHatter!
I think we can all relate to coworkers and friends getting so used to us wearing hats, that if we stop, they question as to why. I certainly have been labeled as the "hat guy" in some of the places I have worked and gone to school so far in life.
