Very rad, I've had several Croton/Nivada's in my collection in the past. What's cool is that you usually don't see both names on the same dial, it's usually one or the other.
Where on their website is their leathertog jacket ? Everything on the site looks frumpy and I don't see anything that looks like a leathertogs to me. It looks like they have the same product photgrapher as Vanson, lol.
Which current makers make a D-pocket specifically like this, with the more "oddly" shaped pocket? This one is the FCL Graham, but what other options are there?
Damn this sounds more xenophobic than anything else. If you haven't seen well-worn Japanese leathers, you must be avoiding Instagram, Rakuten, Yahoo Japan, other men's fashion forums. Even Self Edge has several hanging in their shop.
I've had my Richmond since October 2020 and it's just now really starting to get a nice patina. I got stopped in the street twice today with people commenting on it. I'll post some pics if I can get some good ones taken.
I'm actually a vintage watch dealer by profession. I won't promote my business here but we can DM if you'd like. $900 is a pretty low starting point in this market, to be honest. You'll be able to find some old Seikos and Timex's for around there. Maybe a cool Sea Wolf or Devil Diver. Check out...
Wow, this looks incredible! Also it's crazy how differently it's aging compared to my Richmond. Yours is like perfectly 'wearing' along the edges, mine has the teacore coming through strongly but generally only on the arm folds.
