Agreed. I'd add that the color of the shoes matter. I'm not a fan myself of brown shoes with blue or gray suits for example. I think that shoes and belts should match up fairly closely. And belts that are intended for blue jeans don't go with suits. -

In Mozilla Firefox you can use Tools -> Content -> Colors -> uncheck "Allow pages to choose their own colors", uncheck "Use system colors" and the pick your own text and background colors. -
Scala hats made in USA?
I found a Scala panama at a local department store this spring. They had it on clearance for $24. My observations echo yours and it's been my go to hat all summer.
