Another question. Who is the dynamic designer at Alexander's who managed to put out an entire fabulous collection of jackets in what appears mere months that would take any other company decades to assemble? He or she deserves a lot of credit.
I am going with John Chapman's advice from Good Wear and use plain old fashion Vaseline. No doub there are other good products but the ones I have used leave a chemical solvent residue smell that takes ages to fade away.
As an Aero customer I can confirm I have never received such email. Further, if such emails were sent out willy-nilly, at least someone would have reported and presented it here by now given the wide interest and readership of this thread(In excess of 65,000 views in 3 weeks).
Many thanks...
That raises the question; Which highly experienced jacket professional was hired by Alexander's to put out almost a full suite of jacket designs that appear similar to Aero products without decades of development experience if not WL?

I think it is good to see this saga fleshed out. I first became aware of this when there was a lot of fairly vituperative stuff from all directions a while back playing for hearts and minds of punters stuck in the middle. All of it a lot worse than posted on this thread. Who knew who or...
By co-incidence I have been watching a cracking old French silent mellodrama serial from 1921 called The House Of Mystery in parallel to Sloan's episodes. Similar story outline with a touch more dramatic effect. Manager engineers highjack of owners textile factory. Turns the staff against owner...
He was going to leave Aero high and dry anyway even if he wasn't caught out at the last minute. At no stage in Sloan's retelling of the evidence was it stated he was underpaid or denied a raise.
Shakespeare would have had fun with this story. I was thinking something more like Richard the Third. You know, the two youthful heirs locked in the tower. And Richard did say something like, "A storse, a storse, my Kingdom for a storse".
As I said before, the ongoing narrative paints a picture of WL acting like he owns the company and felt entitled to take what he wanted as perks. The return of the Calder kids obviously miffed him as they were perhaps being groomed to take over the management of the company.
When these storse jackets are finally flogged off, they should be relabled as "Limited Edition Finest Storse". Will be a big hit and prized collector items.
"However, KC told the court that a new problem arose in mid-November when the company received three or four Aero jackets that were made from steer but had been labelled as horse hide."
Sloan, can this comment be explained better? Do you know the circumstances that led to how the jackets...
An ongoing theme so far is of WL touting himself as the owner or co-owner. In these circumstances staff that have worked for him for many years would naturally treat him as the big boss and stuff like selling stock on Ebay may not have registered as theft. KC and family who for nearly a...
