    My boyfriend made me a bloody mary once, and he was all proud of himself... But I couldn't stomach it. It just tasted like tomato juice with pepper in it, and tomato juice is nasty enough on its own. He got kind of mad at me for that.

    That's such a broad generalization of Golden Era culture that it can't be true. Like I said a few posts back, it's a different world now. The Baby Boomer generation had a lot to do with changing the old world. There isn't any proportional comparison, because there can't be.

    But that's the problem, and what many people aren't seeing - These children are being hurt. You can take a very convincing scientific stance here and point out how this will mar their mental make-up in their formative years. Physical wounds heal faster than psychological ones.

    It makes me insane when people do this. They do it to classic cars, old houses, and gorgeous dresses aswell, among other things. People have no respect for history.
