I love to watch Mad Men for both the 60s fashions and decor which I adore, as well as the storylines. I find fictional white collar psychopaths fascinating. If one is to misbehave on TV, it should be done stylishly and discreetly unlike most other shows today.
I grew up in NYC and summertime used to make me very anxious for years; I didn't have air conditioning in my 16th floor apartment! It's one of the reasons I moved to Maine, so I can understand not liking the heat. I will send cool thoughts your way!

I used to suffer from both GAD and sometimes panic attacks. There are two things that have helped me: Cognitive-behavioral interventions which you can find via a CBT therapist and/or reading related books, and self-acceptance.
