    Lovely shade of blue on that Dobbs. That seller is a treasure trove of incredible hats. He's the one I bought the Stetson Medalist from that went Short Balding Guy's way after the realization that no amount of effort would make it fit without ruining an already delicate hat.

    Couldnt stop myself from bidding on this one, I have a Black Bowler by Miller Correct Styles and I was always impressed by the quality of it. Any guesses as to age? I was going to say late 40's and then I noticed the sweatband isn't stitched. Older maybe?

    Thanks, it's actually a dead ringer in terms of dimensions to the Stetson Playboy. Though the Playboy's felt is just a smidge lighter than the Vagabond.

    Delightful looking Bowler Kolchak, I actually just left a couple bowlers with a local hatmaker to have her put some different colored ribbons put on so I'd have a bit more variation between my black bowlers. I can only pray that i'll have an opportunity to visit Optimo in person someday.

    Thanks! I can already tell this hat is going to be one that I wear quite often. I'll be sure to get some pics of the re order and block stickers as well. I just have to carefully peel back the liner which was taped in.
