Well, there's the tie cabinet I just finished. I have been giving some thought to getting a pattern for a vest and using up several of the tanned deer skins I have sitting around. It would be cool under a tweed jacket.- Oldsarge

Guidance in buying my first Fedora for winter
I bought a Moon Grey Akubra Stylemaster from Hatsdirect. I love it. In fact, I can hardly wait for fall to come so I can start wearing it again. If I can swing it, I'll get one in their Acorn Fawn around November/December. Super hats. Probably the best factory hat on the market. -

I had a caplock Hawken once upon a time. I bought it for winter deer season in Indiana where my sister lives. It was fun but a nuisance to clean so I finally sold it. Fishing. We went to Ulchi Lake Lodge, a place I highly recommend but probably won't revisit. I'm not much of a walleye fisherman. I find them tasteless and pretty boring to catch. There are pike in the lake and if you were to go there on a dedicated pike hunt, you could probably have a ball... -
