Footwear to go with our jackets

Another one for the rotation! Love this, great work! Will that leather darken over time?

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Now this is what I call custom! So cool that you are so involved in the process of making your own jacket! How long do you think your tailor will finish sewing your jacket?

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Ooh I thought you were going natural for the moto jacket but this is classic! What comes next after that process?

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Thank you! Its a good start to vintage jackets, I love how relaxed the leather is. It might be sacrilege but I'm having the sleeves trimmed/shortened so I can wear this better. That looks so much better with a little wear already, nice!

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Wearing shorts/flip flops but I cropped that part out. Extremely excited to have a proper vintage jacket. Straight zip Cal from @dannyk arrived just now so I wanted to share it here.

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Got it, I used to have a 50s half belt and when I compare to the premier HWM fit it does sound true with what you observed plus higher arm holes and slimmer sleeves to boot.

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Ahh true, the hooch hauler does have that fancy back design. The moonshiner has the half belt with a western yoke and gussets

Don't they have that pattern already? The moonshiner?

    My Himel Experience (v2)

Those are beautifully made jackets @sweetfights. Congratulations on having these. Stark contrast to what our other members received. My take on this is that I think we are all in agreement that HB can make superb jackets but like everything else shit does happen from time to time. Its in how...

    Aero Sheene fan thread!

Almost perfect fit! Probably would need that extra 3/4" on the sleeves to account for creasing.

Waxed canvas ... how does it wear?

@Brandrea33 no problem at all. i love denim/leather jackets but it's nice to wear something else. I think the freenote jacket will look better down the road when it looks less new and shows wear. If you ever get one, we'd love to see yours. @Edward cats are funny, devilish little fiends lol but...

Waxed canvas ... how does it wear?

I should add if you have a dog (especially if it's a husky or any with double fur) it's a nightmare when the fur gets to the waxed jacket lol it's like fly paper

Waxed canvas ... how does it wear?

I have the same jacket albeit in the tobacco color. I use it when I go hiking, it's my go to outdoors jacket. I love mine, it was sticky at first (smelled sweet like honey so that was nice) because of the fresh wax but it gets better over time. I don't get a lot of rain where i am so I haven't...

    Shangri—La Heritage

I don't know about experts (that's you guys who make the fine garments) but a lot of us here are enthusiasts. Can't wait to see more of your jackets here.

    My Himel Experience (v2)

Im glad you still like your jacket (perfect fit on you every time I see it) even when it is nowhere near perfect and considering all of its flaws. I do have to admit this leather is super good looking and I love the red tones as it's very subtle. Too bad about the construction, its very sloppy...
