I moved away from my long-standing leather tailor so, after some research, I took my FCL Tyler to a new tailor to narrow the sleeves from the forearm to the wrist. He did an excellent job! This is the way the sleeve should have been cut by FCL.

1970s Schott 618. Really digging this. Talon zips, no underarm gussets, very slim fit. Can't believe it's a Schott. Another inch on the length would have been great, but it's cool in certain situations. Also like how the belt is much smaller and doesn't hang completely down. I feel like my 118 and 519 sag more.

I like it very slim. Top

That looks great now! Tbh I thought the sleeves originally were so bad they ruined the jacket for me. Now that the sleeves are fixed I can see that it’s a super nice jacket that fits you superbly!

Wearing shorts/flip flops but I cropped that part out. Extremely excited to have a proper vintage jacket. Straight zip Cal from @dannyk arrived just now so I wanted to share it here.

In love with the Real McCoys Buco J100 I took delivery of earlier this week. Im really surprised at how much this one differs from a same size Buco J100 I owned before - the sleeves are quite a bit wider and it is all round much more comfortable (in particular the armhole area) but still fits trim, as a J100 should. Difiicult to catch the shinki grain well on camera, but it is rather lovely.Heres some pics straight out of the box - apologies for awful playboy t shirt, as well as the size and volume of them.
