    Leica IIIa with VISOM (universal viewfinder). Curious acessory for Leica called FOOVA, to wind film into the metal cassettes. It's the only practical way do load the cassettes with movie film, as I usually do (with Eastman Double-X). It's from 1938.

    I got a Royal portable from 1929. It went to the technician and now is back. But I think it is too heavy to write. The technician told me that this model is just this way. I really don't believe. Anyone here can tell me about how this model is to write?

    An interesting discussion. Crime, drugs, etc, always existed. But long time ago they were exceptions. And a behavior that everybody didn't think correct. That's why cocaine and marijuana were legal until 20s/30s - at least here in Brazil, don't know when in USA) but just few folks used them...

    Crossed with (and got it) today. Olivetti M20, from 1927. The is the heaviest typewriter I ever saw! It's going tomorrow to visit a technician.

    It isn't so heavy... Around 20kg! (of course isn't the typewriter I would carry to a flight -a practical joke of mine).
