Pre 1940s dress hats
The tags are both underneath the liner which is stitched in pretty tightly still. Heres the best shots I can do without breaking a stitch. Equestrian bowlers tend to fall on the lower crown / shorter brim side. Heres one example an older Stetson with a cork liner with pretty modest brim and crown measurements.
