MF RoadChamp are made out of Horween, just much thicker. The deal breaker for me was the footbed veg leather surface being too slippery. They should reverse it or rough it up, otherwise the foot slides forward and the toe nail gets jammed to the already low toe box. Also, as a preference, the...

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

So, first off, GB jackets are cut large, also, they are cut very ergonomically, I rated GB as among the top three most scientifically designed patterns (Langlitz, Vanson, GB), so, I wasn't afraid to try a 38, considering I have a GB civil A2 in 38 cowhide that is like a second skin. My current...

Schott Forum Update (Passing of Gail)

It is very sad to hear, while she wasn’t the reason for my leather jacket obsession, during the early days she was a major source of momentum to keep researching and collecting. I’d say she had a fruitful and successful career and life.

    What are you wearing today??

Mister freedom Loco jacket, 14oz raw denim, rigid and dry, amazing feel. Cold rinsed and shrank to just my size and now it makes loud rustle noise like cardboard.

The bigger heel feels definitely more balanced on the ground and less pressure upwards, this is expected as it’s physics. Now I am curious if I opt for the additional 0.75” higher heel on a custom Wesco, would they decrease the heel cap size? Otherwise it’s be a very big heel in all dimensions

I found the RoleClub to be visually more resembling of the vintage boots seen in The Wild One probably because of the narrower heel Brian uses, the height is the same as standard but it is a stubbier in sagittal dimension. See photo, both Wesco and Viberg, and Whites, are bigger.

I too have not experienced delays in my other packages via Fedex or USPS, to and from me. Guess this is a UPS problem. Sent them an email.
