I highly recommend reading this thread http://www.thefedoralounge.com/showthread.php?61698-Vintage-Fedoras-by-Decade . It breaks down fedora specs by decade which will become pretty useful when buying vintage hats in the future.
The Champ looks to be late '40s early '50s with that very wide brim. That triple stitching presents the high quality craftsmanship of the era. The Borsalino looks '60s or later.
Jacket is a tiny bit roomy, but looks alright. I'll need replace to the missing buttons, but if I can't find anything that matches I may just move the top button and interior button to the front and make it a 4 button DB. Pants just need to be let out an inch or 2.
I actually made some posts on my blog regarding this threads topic if anyone's interested.

I'd say 1940's, early 1950's at the latest. The "to duplicate" labels of the '50s and later I noticed are less fancy, and it doesn't have a plastic cover on the liner.
Orphan suit jacket. Unsure of exact age due to lack of union tag. The center vent throws me off in comparison to the typical 1940's specs. I know Harris tweed and belted back jackets in the '40s had them, but did suits have that option? Is this a transitional '50s example? It also has a lining...
Probably the best 1960's replication of a '20s/'30s jacket I've ever seen.
