I agree with Brent. Get the Stetson. The brown excellent NY 7 3/8 on eBay isn't going to last for long and NOS is hard to come by with those guys. Your going to have to wait at least a few months for that Gannon with gills anyway. Go for it! -

Thanks, Dave. The felt is of medium weight and pleasantly supple. With a bit of steam, you can do just about anything with it. It's not as lovely as the Pure or Excellent quality, but it is a solid dress-grade fur felt. -
