Nice, leather looks pretty interesting as well. Would you say the leather is thin but it creases easily and the creases stay in place? Or rather it bounces back to its initial shape? (easily seen on the sleeves)
Let’s see this one:

Looks in pretty good condition to me but you gotta trust the “men’s size medium” seller estimate.
Yes the bottom sweep measurement is actually pretty key on many of their models with an aggressive taper but they didn’t disclose it to me when I asked for a Grizzly. Guess what… turned out to be too tight at the bottom and I had to move it on.
Yes it’d be massively helpful to have a size chart and I also got that reply that they don’t keep that info in the past when I enquired. It is strange but I suppose it explains why some jackets in the rtw section have pretty different p2p and shoulders (>1” differences) even in the same size...
I had a 38 and which I sold after 3 years as I grew out of it. If by any chance I’d come across a 40 I’d give it a serious thought.
I also owned an Aero Grizzly before that and let me tell you the Attractions is a fine jacket. I think also Toy McCoy’s make a very similar jacket although they...
The Attractions is a nice jacket I had one in black x black. To me it also looks easier to wear than some seem to make out. It’s cool, you can always get a black cross zip at any time.
I did post it when I got it back in September, it’s a Montgomery (highwayman with square corded pockets). I promise I’ll take some pictures as soon as I get a chance!
I bought a black jerky jacket as well last summer. I like it, it doesn’t look to be fast fading though, not at all.
Not that I wore it particularly hard but enough to tell. Also I think it’s about the same thickness as the CXL HH Aero uses, just not as rigid but rather spongy. I think it’s one...
Terry has already shared way more than many of us combined for free on this forum… I’m not sure what you are getting at Marc. It seems equivalent to comment on somebody’s else price in a classifieds thread. Let the man sell his services if he wants without interfering, nobody is forced to buy.
Love it, thanks for that. I’m considering one of these although also keeping an eye half-opened for an original herc d-pocket.
Sorry for the disruption. The Trojan is pretty cool too.
It’s also a pretty old one going by the horsehide tag. I’m not sure if the blue label was used for regular jackets in the past. Worth checking with Aero directly.
They’ve reintroduced them now. I ordered mine last summer. It’s a highwayman with no lower band and different pocket configuration.
The length will depend on the specific order but this is really just a classic highwayman with minor tweaks.
I wouldn’t be happy at all with that jacket and the problem is there to see, stitching quality is subpar in those areas no arguing.
But… the timing is weird… also reading back your original review it seems you were aware of these flaws from day one. What made you change your mind now? Why...
Considering an Aero new is now around £900 give or take, it’s on the low end of acceptable for me. It is what it is, they’re business so they are reselling it for a profit and they need to price it with a sufficient gap compared to a new jacket. I did that once at the same time of placing...
