I'd also go with the recommendations of AERO - People there are used to deal with the different Body types and will provide proper advice - just let them know what exactly you have in mind

with my comment about the more slim or roomy fit I was referring to different -but shape wise comparable- AERO designs like eg the TEAMSTER vs MAXWELL. A TEAMSTER in 46 is huuuge whereas a MAX in 46 feels more slim.
Or if you’d take a 1930is Premier Halfbelt is much trimmer in fit...

i recently received my tailor made MAXWELL with some alterations - if you are keen on Buttons and not that "hot" for a MAX check for any other AERO styles and let them add the SUNBURST back.
I changed the back as well as the cuffs of my MAX to my taste and worked pretty well.
