    I bought this one today on the SJC sample sale. Had a look at @Metatron photos and review here of the brown one and decided to give it a go. Basically the black vintage one I had in similar style is a mess, stains everything , etc so wanted a replacement.

    It doesn’t necessarily need to be leather. Using a super tough canvas or other fabric serves de same purpose but doesn’t look as cool I guess. Some fabrics are just prone to fraying with use and rub against the body.
