For me that Zipper ruins an otherwise very nice leather jacket...what a bad choice of zipper for a vintage jacket.
Also the the clip on waist adjusters aren't in line with the belted back so makes me think they are another add on.
I find it absolutely crazy to spend over $500 for a cat scratch... but to each their own.
Does it suck? Yes,
Does it look bad? Well it doesn't look great but That could be the jacket you wear without having to worry now.
I’ve had a pair of Dainese motorcycle goatskin gloves for over 9 years and they have the best patina you could imagine.
I have just cleaned and conditioned twice in that time and they still look fresh.
I think you could go for a swim in a lake and the Lost Worlds would not get soaked. The leather is that waterproof I think.
I wouldn't try it though, if it gets soaked you'll get pulled down by the weight!
I just discovered that I can tumble with my washing machine in a 13 minute program so that's really cool. I can get my jackets wet then wear them a bit and tumble them to help break out the stiffness from the leather.
It doesn't add extra water or warm temperature like some tumble dry machines...
I agree but still doesn't mean it's a good job. It's a hack job, the jacket is wearable but when you pay for repairs you expect certain level of quality. Othwerise just do a machine stitching repair like the LVC line does going over and over with the machine a la japanese boro.
I shave my head with the Eveready 1912 and I haven't cut myself, not once not even on the face. That thing is a weapon of precission.
What happens sometimes is that when I use a new SE blade it can be a bit harsh if you apply too much pressure.
I think that's a great fit!
Regarding the jeans, in the end that's up to you but I think it would compliment your overall aesthetic a lot better to wear slim jeans but not skin tight.
I've been shaving my head for almost a year now. I used to go to the barber twice a month and have him (A shaved head barber as it happens) fade and keep it short at the top (3-4)
Well, I moved and in order to save some money and time and decided to shave it. Best decission I've ever made. So...
Man you really have lived under a rock!
I don't buy their products either.
I shave my face and head with a 1912 Eveready like this one with SE razors though(not my photo)
Best shave I've ever had.
I’m going to be the same boring guy that repeats himself over and over and those pics just prove the point.
Your jackets aren’t short, your trousers are low rise. Also american half belts tend to be a bit longer I’ve experienced.
You can’t take a design made for a certain type of trouser style...
I think that has to do with the fact that most of them love fashion and can't repeat an outfit (Making a very broad generalisation here but it's how it works).
A Zara leather jacket works for them because they probably won't wear it much to justify the prices we pay.
