    There are several big hat factory's that make long oval hats, most I know of are western hats, here are 3 that I know of Atwood Hats, American Hat Co, Master Hatters of Texas. Find a retail store that carries one of or all of these brands, the hats from them are Long Oval only.

    They have to be done that way in order to meet the requirements that is needed for a movie, there is no way they can find all the hats needed for the man actors and their stunt doubles, so they have to add the stains and make the new clothes also to have the same aged look.
