    I've bought 3 jackets from Aero in the past year. Chloe always responded to me within a day. My first 2 emails did go unanswered until I checked junk mail.

    Why is it taking forever? That's usually a result of the customer not finalizing everything. That 10-12 weeks is from the day you confirm the order with their customer service. It's not from the day you ordered the jacket on their website if you didn't know.

    Viberg - any other horrible experiences?

    Leather anything can be a gamble. I would just wear them knowing their construction is solid if those were mine but fully understand how that would upset others. Viberg should definitely take a return no questions asked if they're unworn. I suggest sticking with stocklists.

    Parkhurst makes a stitchdown but Aerofan is right. You do get what you pay for with Nicks. White's and Viberg cost the same if not more. He may as well stick to Nicks on a used pair since that's what he wants.

    Thanks again! I'll look elsewhere. Thanks and you're right. I have a 50s Bootlegger STF that's 40" and I sent Aero pictures of me wearing it to finalize the Highwayman. I originally chose 40" for the Highwayman but they suggested 42".
