This hat is in beautiful condition. There are a few small moth holes, but they are barely noticeable. Hard to find these classic hats in this size. It has a black leather sweatband which makes me think it's late 1950's in conjunction with the older style size tag. Hat is in its original box...
So does anyone have an idea exactly what brand of tennis shoes Howard Hughes wore? I've heard white KEDs or white low cut PF Flyers. Also, is there a good source for modern made tennis shoes that would be a close match?
This is an absolute mint 100% Early 1950's Stetson Stetsonian in grey with the original box, size 7 1/4. I'm asking $400 +shipping. Also I'm looking for a hat in a similar style to this one, my size is 7 1/2. (Stetson, Dobbs, Mallory, Resistol... interested in all kinds) Maybe we can work out...
Does anybody know if someone is making reproductions of a jacket like this? It's proportioned perfectly, not going too far past the waist, like other "hollywood" jackets. I'd love to get one made, just not sure where to start. Thanks!
Here is a beautiful silverbelly Dobbs Westward in size 7 1/4. In very good condition with the exception of about 3 small moth holes. Hat is in the original box with a receipt of some kind. The receipt is marked 7 3/8, not sure why as the interior tag of this hat is marked 7 1/4. I'm asking $145...
Up for trade is a beautiful silverbelly Dobbs Westward Twenty in 7 1/4 from the 1940s or 50s. About 4 small moth holes but barely noticeable, lining is good and leather sweatband looks like new. This hat wasn't worn very much at all. Comes in original box with receipt. I'm looking for size 7 3/8...
Still hunting for a good first fedora. Will probably end up getting a custom one made, still would like to find a vintage one from the 40s or 50s. Would like something in brown. If anyone has something they'd like to move I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks!
So I've been looking at the new Stetsonians on the web and was curious if anyone on here had one they'd like to sell. Also curious what y'all think about the quality of the new ones. My size is 7 1/2 and I'm sure you who are cursed with the same large head as me know how hard finding a vintage...
So I'm looking for my first vintage fedora. My hat size is 7 1/2. Pretty much I'd like something that has a solid 1940s look to it, it doesn't have to necessarily be from that decade just something with a relatively tall crown, wide ribbon and a medium length brim 2 1/4 or 2 1/2. I've looked at...
