I have that exact one, brand new, for sale on here. That /style/fit didn't work on me at all. It, ah..flattened me out..to put it crudely. Looked quite awful, which is really too bad as it's a sweet bra. It looks great on the models, so perhaps it works better for smaller cup sizes - I dunno.

Hi Annie,
Here's a photo of a pair of vintage ones. I only have two pair in my collection, which are black; I don't come across them often - but I LOVE them. Great in the Fall/Winter.

PS I see there are a few pairs on Etsy also.
Gosh Annie, that's terrible..what drivel from an obvious idiot! You handled it with grace and style. It sadly reminds me of my high school days..and boy am I glad those are over. It's obvious this person is jealous of you, and soon you may have a copy-cat on your hands! In my experience, the...
Magpye, I'm saddened to hear this too. It seems like things never change...it was like that when I was in high school (though I realize you're talking about college). *sighs* I just did what I wanted, wore what I felt like, and yes received negative comments, even from 'friends' - but, in the...
Hiyas,
I bought MAC’s Venomous Villains Cruella DeVil ‘Heartless’ lipstick yesterday. I love it! Wore it to work today and already had one colleague ask me ‘I love that red, where did you get it?’

It's gorgeous - I'm a sucker for fruit patterns. :) Your dress is amazing, I can't believe it's a first project. Well done and inspiring to us beginner seamstresses!

Thank you Jasmine Jolene and Miss Golightly. ;) I'm very tired of my hair right now, it's unmanageable. I'm thinking of doing something..don't know what yet!

Today I got from a shopkeeper 'you look like a 1950s girl.' And a man walking by me said 'now, that's a good look!' Flattering. I was wearing the below, mix of vintage and new.

This is the best thread! As a vintage Barbie collector (and Silkstone Barbies), I've really enjoyed seeing you gals make yourselves up in her image! Amazing!

I haven't made my dress yet...now a little frightened after all the posts saying it wasn't so easy! *lol* Will make one out of inexpensive material first.
Loved seeing everyone's creations!
