Weight loss options
How is everyone making out re losing weight? I'm eating well, making sure I eat all three meals of the day and snacks. Like many, sometimes I'm too stressed to eat..or forget. :( So far I feel good, but it's too soon to tell re weight loss. Ideally, I'd like to loose 25-30 lbs. We shall see...- Black Dahlia

What are your favourite recipes?
When I make muffins, bread, pie or pizza crusts, I don’t use yeast with the spelt or kamut flour. I simply soak the flour for 24 hours in kefir, then add my ingredients and bake. HepKitty, are you a Chef? You certainly are very knowledgeable! I’m currently searching for a good Earl Grey...- Black Dahlia

Slips!
Personally, I can't imagine not wearing a slip, either under a day dress or evening dress. For me it's part comfort, and also it does make the dress sit better.
