Placed my order with Simmons Bilt today. I was planning on buying the Simmons/Iron Heart collab tailgunner on Monday but today my leather samples arrived from Scotland. Sort of forgot they were coming lol. Had to reward the customer service I've been getting from Deborah over there. Ordered the Simmons Bilt V2 in smooth brown mustang.

I owned this older model in brown, size 44. I'm 181cm 84kg and I feel it fit well, pretty slim in the chest, and the sleeves were long, but not unworkable. Here are some photos.

You made me a little worried that it would be too big because i am 175cm and 78kg, usually wear long sleeve 64, shoulder 48, chest 55.

Well zipped up I would have preferred a little more room in the chest, so it might have a nice amount of ease for your chest. And it was tighter around my waist as well, but I don't mind that. So for me it was a tight fit but ok, for you it maybe a good fit. I think this pattern just has long sleeves, no problem when the cuffs are zipped anyway. Shoulders sound about right for you.
