Wow, if this guy went to Junior High at Coleman Middle School, he MIGHT have worn a Tangerine sack coat, pants, shoes, top hat and cape to graduation. 2001 more or less. Build and facial features are close buy not 100%. If its him, he's been a fashion icon for quite some time.

There is a guy that posts in one of the FB groups with his wooden brim hats with felt crown. While not my style... they are quite beautiful in their craftsmanship.
