Can I get one of those? That's quite literally a woman in a man's fedora! The closest thing I have is a couple of vintage ties with scantily clad ladies on them. I dare not wear them out, especially to work. The hat, however will keep its little secret.

Actually, Bailey Western has been offering pinup girl linings for quite a while now...

Here's an example of one of their current offerings featuring several small images of Gil Elvgren's gals.

However, in the past Bailey more commonly featured linings with a single large image of G.E.'s famous "Come And Get It!" gal...

Speaking as a poster who's relatively young here (21), I've found many of the pics of women in fedoras to be rather enticing, particularly the gals exceeding my age by a margin worth acknowledging. So I'd have to answer "yes" to the OP's question.

Here's a photo of my wife wearing one of my navy blue fedoras a couple of years ago.
