One big change from the past is the make up of who gambles at the casino and what they gamble on when "gaming."
In the 1930', 40's and 50's the table games: card games like 21 (blackjack), poker or Baccara, craps the ultimate dice game, roulette and others were actually the biggest draw for most casinos in Las Vegas. Back then slots were considered the realm of "dudes" (as in the cowboy / western cncept included in the dude ranch) and of girlfriends or molls.
Today slots, video poker and other machines are the number one draw and the main money maker for most casinos.
Are there any intreped souls that make the table games their main adventure when visiting the Gambling Establishment?
(I tend to play craps when I can during any visit to LV or Laughlin.)
