Which decade is the worst in terms of style?

Although the 70s were awful ... cord bellbottoms for one ... the 80s were pretty bad too. My mom made me wear velvet knickers to a Junior high school dance, because they were in style. I wanted someone to kill me when I showed up and everyone else was in a dress :eusa_doh:
