Picked up a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store deli, and a six of pbrs. When I got it home I shredded it up, mashed up a can of black beans in the skillet with a link of chorizo, and rolled it all in flour tortillas, topped it with Chipotle sauce, and washed it down with the still lukewarm pabst. Aaahh....Monday.

Spaghetti made with Italian sausage, green salad with dressing of choice.
