What's for Dinner?

Very good is $10.00 good in my book and worthy of another tasting. If the portions were small, I too would most likely forego another purchase.
:D
If it had been $5 worth of tots and $5 worth of pork I'd agree with you, but it was closer to $1 worth of pork on a very expensive plate of tater tots.

Tonight's dinner was fried chicken from the grocery store deli picked up on the way home from my daughter's dance class. $6 for an 8 piece box.

Sounds like a better deal tonight and that includes taking the daughter to dance class; great memories.

Last night was roasted butternut squash and garlic soup, baked salmon fillets, and asparagus.

Tonight will probably be burgers or some other fast food since I'm taking my kids to see Santa when i get off work, and I doubt I'll be up for coming home and fixing dinner after that ordeal.

It was fried chicken last night. Probably not the best thing to feed kids in the car while riding around looking at Christmas lights, mainly because it wouldve been good to have a few beers with it, but I will say that the leather upholstery in the back seat is looking mighty shiny today.

Tonight it's going to be chili.

Shiny upholstery and riding in the family '55 Chevy station wagon on weekends enjoying
the Christmas lights downtown was a treat for us as kids.

Thanks for the wonderful "memory jolt".

And Babydoll will you "adopt" me ?
Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-.
Always enjoy reading your delicious posts. :p

I dunno if you'd like that. Hubby just got a diabetes diagnosis, so food will be changing a bit around here. :(
