What's for Dinner?

Celebrated spending half a century on this earth last night at the local Mexican bar & grill. Had a ribeye smothered in grilled jalapenos, onions, and tomatoes with beans and rice and tortillas. Dos Equis was on tap, so a couple of large mugs of that were involved too.

Lady B and the "kid" are off toe Lady B's Tri club party tonight so I am on my own.

Heavily seasoned blackened ribeye, parsley noodles and more roasted asparagus as its been on sale and I should eat something green.

It was going to be Shepherd's pie, but considering the kitchen sink is blocked and I didn't want to have to wash a bunch of extra dishes, we had spaghetti instead.

I just had a salad with homemade blue cheese dressing and some mini quiches. Haven't had enough protein today so I've popped some breakfast sausages in the oven. I'm probably having a protein smoothie, too.

Another night of pizza and beer, but at home in my comfortable chair in front of the television. Different pizza (really good too) from a different place with beer from the fridge.
