Yesterday I went to another city to do some shopping and got home later than planned. PC to the rescue! In less time then it took to boil water, I had perfectly cooked pasta in a red sauce. Layered that with some cheese, put it under the broiler for a few minutes, and it was finished. I couldn't eat it because of all the cheese, but the kids loved it and there were no leftovers.

Tonight-PC cooked pork chops, cottage potatoes, fried zucchini, green beans

Spicey prawns, the recipe suggests a side salad but in the colder months I serve it on a bed of long grain rice.

Tonight we had homemade bacon cheeseburgers and fries. Watching the Sounders playoff match. Tied 0-0 at the half. Nail biter!

Another night of Roast Beef au Jus. And no, I am not complaining.

BBQ ribs, pulled pork BBQ, and grilled chicken wings. Mac and cheese and cole slaw for sides.

Rubens, griddled potatoes, apple sauce. Warsteiner for libation.
