Trying something new...

Tonight: Chicken and artichoke casserole (sounds weird, but it was tasty!), sauteed asparagus, rice, grapes

Sounds good to me all the way around.

Last night, Filet mignon, mashed potatoes, a dinner salad, biscuits, and a couple of tall Dos Equis on tap.

Super girlfriend was at it again, saw a recipe for "spaghetti pie" (think frittata - with spaghetti baked in) and came up with this beauty for dinner last night:

Last night, popcorn. Big bag of regular, not the white cheddar stuff; found at CVS while picking up a prescription. And diet Pepsi and a roll of peanut butter sandwich cookies.

Last night was Chinese takeout.
Shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce, and won ton soup.

Breakfast
Bacon, cheesy scrambled eggs, country red potatoes, sourdough toast, and apple juice.

(Pressure cooker) boiled vegetables, cabbage rutabaga parsnip carrot potato with a slice of ham. Cake with strawberries and whipped cream for dessert.

I have no idea what's happening here. Maybe the equivalent of a pocket call? My phone is my only source of Internet access, so I suppose it's likely.

Anyway, tonight my daughter was feeling a little under the weather so I fixed up a pot of homemade chicken and dumplings. That'll cure about anything.
