More garden fresh last night. New potatoes with garlic, sautéed yellow squash and onions, a fresh spinach salad with tomatoes and cucumbers, and a couple of Bohemias and a Sam Adams to wash it all down.

I had dessert first: a couple of orange chocolate wafers. Then I had a beaf taco on fried flour tortilla with cheese, fresh salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and seasonings. I skipped the olives. Orange spice iced tea no sugar to wash it down.

How can anyone not "like" a meal that has tacos ( or in your case "taco") as its main/only course?

dh66 put a craving on me last week so it was BLT'S with avocado slices and sliced cucumbers from the garden. Ice cold PBR to wash it all down.

T bone steak in the pan (since I am sans grill at the moment). It will be accompanied by corn on the cob, fresh collards, and Cabernet Savignon.

Jambalaya, but I forgot a key ingredient: shrimp. I meant to get it when I went out today, but I forgot to.
