What's for Dinner?

Ha ha.

Some friends came over for dinner and brought a great big fruit salad full of watermelon and cantaloupe and pineapple and strawberries and grapes and I was able to successfully hide the fact that no actual baby kale ended up on my plate.

I will happily pay more for the better beer, especially if it comes with a shorter line. I also enjoy trying new flavors moreso than drinking that which I already know tastes like crap.

I will also happily pay less for cheap beer if I am broke and thirsty.

I've only tried it once. Thought it was pretty on par with Good People and all the rest of the super hoppy/heavy IPAs that are so fashionable at the moment. Which, in other words, is O.K. if you're only having one, but not the ticket at all if you're going for any more than that. Guaranteed to give you a headache and make your beard grow.

Bummer. I'm sure Hubby would try it. We're rabid Sounders fans, so it makes sense that his favorite is a Sounders supporter brew. It has a limited availability (summer), so he pines for it the rest of the year.
