No, these have a bit more fiber in them.
But honestly I can't tell, they look and taste just the like regular ones.
In fact, if I didn't tell you they were low carb, you'd never know.
I think they just "wring" the carbs out at the factory. :D

Last night was home made veggie beef soup with noodles instead of potatoes, and using leftover chuck roast I made (and froze) a few weeks ago. It was delicious. Lily didn't think so, though. Fickle 3 year old.

Tonight we're doing a more kid-friendly mac-n-cheese, smoked turkey sausage, and green salad with home grown cherry tomatoes and home made basil vinaigrette dressing. We'll have Tuscan cantaloupe and watermelon for dessert. I expect her to devour all of it.
