Boiled chickpeas (garbanzo beans in the US) with roasted bell peppers, diced dates (love the alliteration), herbs (cilantro etc) and couscous. And a light citrus dressing on the side. Healthy, vegetarian and light, one of my favourites as far as light meals go.

I think it'll be seafood for me tonight - heading to our favourite French restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary - can't wait!

Can you make ahead and freeze?
My pizza crust today was cauliflower, cheese, and egg. Still too eggy for me.
Yes, you can make the pizza and then freeze it.
As for the crust, I don't see why you can't cook it first and then freeze.

1 cup soy flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup club soda
1 teaspoon salt
350 degrees for 14-15 minutes.
Roll it out as thin as possible on parchment paper. Use a pizza pan, and leave the paper under the crust.
Once cooked, the paper will come off.
If you want, I'll PM the pizza hut sauce recipe.

Not so much, but to lessen that you can add "Italian seasonings" if you have that pre-mixed.
Then you can mix it in with the dough, making it (along with the olive oil) taste similar to the bread, seasoning, and olive oil mix you get at an Italian restaurant like Macaroni Grill, etc.
Once you cook the crust, make sure it's firm but not too brown, let it cool then add the toppings and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
