Tonight I'm going to do pork chops stuffed with andouille sausage, green beans, and herbed golden butter potatoes.

You can get that much into a pork chop?!:eeek:

LOL. Nooo...my poor typing. Only the sausage goes in the chops. Green bean will be cooked with fresh garlic, onions, and bacon crumbles.

Aha! I thought that was a little much or a really big bunch of porkchops.
Nice way to make green beans. I make them up into a casserole. That reminds me that I have to go pick some off the vine tonight.....

I agree, you'd have to dig out most of the chop to put all the stuff in.
And why ruin it with green beans?
Those take up the space more sausage could go in.

Pumpkin ravioli with sage butter sauce / rosemary flavoured roast pumpkin and oven baked bacon wrapped chicken fillet, butterflied and rolled up again with 2 fresh sage leaves in the middle. But it's still breakfast time here.

I think breakfast-for-dinner is quietly a thing many do. My girlfriend and I have breakfast for dinner regularly, with waffles and sunny side up eggs being one of our favorites (and egg sandwiches being a close second, followed by French Toast as a very close third). We were in the clothing store Anthropology the other day and I was flipping through a book "Breakfast for Dinner."

Ok,, I've had a bit ( drinks that is) today. But tonight it's deer backstrap for an appetizer before the main course of a very nice looking nilgai roast!!

If you don't know what a nilgai is, it's one of these beasts;


And they are delicious!!!!! What veggies????? Just wild game tonight.
