Last night we had salmon with asparagus, cabbage and potatoes.

Tonight its fish & chips.

I decided to make pizza tonight. Turned out not too bad!

Sounds like a good way to spend the evening to me. I just finished watching the preliminary card on fx and decided against ponying up the big bucks for tonight's big show.

Pork chops, and maybe a sample of the brisket still cooking in the oven (should be ready at 7pm).
I smoked the 7lb brisket for 2hrs, then put it in the oven for 5hrs.
Problem is, I have to do this again tomorrow because what I'm cooking is half of the entire thing.
My wife talked me into this, and once thawed I can't refreeze the other portion, or lets just say I'm leery about it.

Tri-tip, hot dogs, hamburgers and Linguisa all BBQed. With potato salad, fruit salad, pot stickers, chili and host of other things I can't remember. Dessert was a Modern Marble Cake I whipped up.

Yes still out of bacon.
I'll buy some on Saturday.
I did however, use some fat from the beef brisket in some green beans the other night. It was great.
