I BBQed a Hillshire Farms Polish Kielbasa indirect slow and had some Bushes Baked Beans with that. Remeber sausages on the grill is almost always um-um-good.

Saturday nights used to be steak night, but I found a good deal on fish at a local meat market, so I've put that into my rotation.

I am but not that old school. I hate fish and that would really be a sacrifice for me. I dislike Fridays during Lent for that reason. Then I actually do eat shrimp or crab.

That would be Habanero hot sauce. I eat that on occasion, but not daily. This is a step down from that, but not very far.
BTW Touchofevil gave me heartburn just reading it....peppered salami.
Heat I can take, grease I can't.

Seasoned pancake mixture batter on a batch of large freshly caught Bluegill fillets plus mushrooms from a nearby woods this summer..all fried together in an iron skillet. Melt in your mouth. Homemade slaw. Sam Adam's Octoberfest. Thanks to the family fisherman. Son-in-law Brian!
