Last night I made pork paprikash over napkin dumplings with strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Tonight I plan to prepare my Italian Wedding soup, veal marsala, with zucchini, and some sort of cake or perhaps Boston Cream Pie, depends on how much whipping cream is left in the ice box.

but then we got a call that a friend we haven't seen in five years was in town. So we went out to dinner instead!
