Very simple. Take your favorite Bratwurst, I prefer raw, not scalded from the butcher, throw in a cast iron pan or better onto a BBQ grill. Fry or grill real crisp, cut to rough slices and put the sauce over it. I use Stokes Curry ketchup with some beef stock for the sauce, consistency by taste. Top it with your favorite Curry powder, that’s it. Fries shouldn’t be a mystery, the Mayo I use is Develey‘s.

That sounds really tastyTonight is pasta night here as well. Large/fat penne pasta, dressed in walnut oil/garlic butter/ topped with roasted walnuts. My wife baked an herbed flat bread and I will flash fry zucchini sticks.
