That is the pioneer-spirit. Trudge forward like the Donner Party.
That would be worse. I think I am finally getting used to Oculto. Maybe not too much of The Can.

Worse? Yes, but not nearly so bad if one had the forethought to bring along many gallons of teriyaki sauce.
Drink on my friend!
I hate sweet BBQ sauce. I like savory over sweet in BBQ.
You cooked a perfectly good t-bone medium?! :faint: Philistine! What was that? Fifteen minutes grilling per side. Bllllaaaccckkkkk.....
6 minutes each side.
lI am done. The 6% abv made it more palatable.
Riiiiggghhhttt. That wouldn't make it medium unless you had it REALLY hot.

Hubby's grill is a fancy IR doodad, and he did our bone-in ribeyes med-rare in about 8 minutes total cooking time yesterday.

The skillet was on 7.5 out of 10 on the stove.
Not hell's doorstep, but at the mailbox.

How could it not? At some point it would be quite heavenly.
Or at least floaty-like.
Corn bread goes with everything!! Stew, chili, soups, greens, beans, fried pork chops and gravy, spaghetti......you name it.Corn bread is for chili. Baking powder biscuits are for beef stew. Don't think I have had sweet oat rolls, they sound like dessert.
I hope they delivered!Burger King. It was the first time I've been to one since the BK near my house closed.
