We ate the holiday meal at my MIL's house this year and she made ham, so I cooked up a turkey yesterday to munch on over the weekend.

So, turkey!

Macaroni Grill, for Christmas celebration number 2.
House made meatballs, Italian sausage, rustic tomato sauce, rigatoni, roasted tomatoes, creamy ricotta, basil.
Really good!

Fried in leftover bacon grease.

With home made macaroni and cheese and roasted Brussels sprouts.

I'm pretty tired of ham.

Chuck roast slow cooked in beef stock with onion, garlic, portabella mushrooms, carrots, served over mashed potatoes, with steamed spinach on the side.

I try to do a "fancy" meal (takes longer to cook) each Sunday, with the perk of leftovers for hubby to go to work on Monday. He's been off for a week, so this will be a nice meal for him to take with him tomorrow.

I also baked him a loaf of banana bread to take and share.

Yeah, he's spoiled.
