Corky's BBQ.
The wife got home earlier than usual tonight, and I didn't feel like cooking.
BBQ pork shoulder, chicken, and ribs (dry rub) with beans.
Tapatio hot sauce for the beans.

Took the kids out to some Halloween thing at the library and it got late. Grabbed some McDonalds on the way home.

Raccoon would've been better.

We went out last night and I had salmon with a blood orange reduction, sauteed spinach, grilled asparagus and garlic cheese bread.

For tonight I am making chili in the slow cooker since I am going to be out of town most of today.

Hubby thought it was beef (his fave). He loved it despite it being the other white meat.

Sunday, my day I take fried chicken over to mom, and have a nice visit. She's in an assisted living place and cannot walk. But she drives a mean hover round! (told her I'd take her to the Grand Canyon so she could drive around in a circle! LOL).

Today I had a big mess of fried gizzards and fried okra! I sure do love gizzards!

Took her the usual. Breast and thigh with a pile of fried okra and a Bisquit!

Plate o' spaghetti with some Italian sausages on top and a whole mess of melted cheese.
And an ice cold beer or two.

Went to Outback with my parents for lunch - celebrating hubby's promotion. Too full for a big meal.
