Don't you mean the California-ization of pizza?
I'm goin' with that theory.

The plan tonight is for red beans and rice this sausage. My husband won't touch them, which is good since he is fasting for a procedure tomorrow.
Tonight at my house.....CHILI!
It's cold down here. 66°f...brrrrrr
Niiiiiiice! :hungry:Pecan waffles

Are you kiddin'? I LOVE this weather! Baked pineapple and brown-sugar ham tonight for us. One of the few dishes my wife loves to make (I do much of the cooking around here).
Pecan waffles
Homemade?
I wish.. Good ol' Waffle House
I doubt it. He was born and raised in Baton Rouge. If he doesn't like them by now he never will. More for the rest of us!I hope the procedure will cure him of his aversion to red beans and rice with sausage.
That sounds like a great thing, Greg. I will have to look for one of those this weekend.Pizza part deux.
Same ones I always make, but with a twist.
I found a sriracha grinder at Walmart, and added that to my part of both pizzas.
A bit of a kick, but not like substituting the tomato sauce with sriracha.
