What's for Dinner?

This might be kinda good...

Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan and Bread Crumbs
1 head cauliflower, cut into 1/2 -1 inch florets
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs, (I USED GLUTEN FREE BY ALEIA'S)
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan (I CONFESS, I DON'T MEASURE AND I'M SURE I USE MORE!!!!)
1/4 cup olive oil (AGAIN, I DON'T MEASURE BUT MAKE SURE THE FLORETS ARE WELL COATED!!!!!!
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400º.
Toss florets with olive oil, bread crumbs and cheese. Spread in a single layer on jelly roll sheet lined with nonstick foil. Season with salt and pepper. (since I use a lot of cheese I often don't need the salt) Roast 30-40 minutes, until nicely browned!!!! (we like ourS verrrry browned!!!)

Oh and its good for you generally means: "It tases so bad that it had BETTER be good for you."
I realized that one while I was a kid. Every time they gave us awful-tasting food, drinks (and cough syrups), it came with "It's good for you. Take it!". So, my first thing I think of when I hear a "good for you" is :puke:

I'll bring along a Merliton pie I made last night. :p
Great. :D

Make some more. :hungry:

That is what they keep telling me. :p So they can eat some more I am sure..... Unfortunately the vine has died back quite far for the winter. Maybe I can save the crown and have it come back like it did last year though---much to my neighbor's chagrin. :p
I might make some Chayote blueberry muffins tonight instead. They ate two dozen of those already(I made the pie and the muffins the same day.)

Fried chicken smothered in sriracha hot sauce. Oven roasted Brussels sprouts, also smothered in sriracha sauce. (mine were, anyway)

My oldest boy decided to show the younger sibs that he could eat hot sauce like the old man does. Kids can be pretty darn entertaining sometimes.
