What's For Breakfast...

Big cup of black coffee from Starbucks (thanks for going out and getting that Mrs. DH) then a plate of leftover enchiladas with a couple of fried eggs on top and a daiquiri. Next on the agenda.....a nap!

Wow you folks from the south can start the day of right!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fried up a pack of bacon...

Chipped up some potatoes and onions and browned in the bacon grease and seasoned well with garlic salt and black pepper....

Add in two burgers and three bratwursts from last nights cook-out, sliced up....

Eight eggs beaten, added in about 1/2 to 3/4 of a big jar of grated parmesan

Mix it all together (save most of the bacon for the side) top with more cheese, and into a 400° oven till it's bubbling around the edges and the top is a nice golden brown.

I'll be over in ten minutes.

Yes, and now I'm out, so it's off to Kroger and Walmart to get the shopping done early.

I didn't know they had an almond refuse aisle at Kroger.

VC some of the Kroger stores in town have started to carry Chorizo.
Although I'm trying to stay away from too much sodium, Chorizo is a nice filler for fajitas.
