Hi
Cinnamon Frosted Pop-Tarts and Black Cherry Yogurt with Pecan Special K in it.
Breakfast of Champions.
Later
All I got out of that was pop tarts.
The rest I didn't recognize.
Yeah, it's like Post Select, but it's put out by a knockoff brand...Compost.Join the club. I think there were assorted rocks and twigs in there.

See, even if I ate cereal (which I don't anymore), I'd have to eat half the box.
Then an hour or so later, I'm hungry again.
I certainly don't eat hot cereal, such as Cream Of Wheat, because I got enough of that as a child.
My mother told me it was good for me.
Yet she'd watch me put sugar and butter in it.
NOW it's good for me.
This is one memory (I have a few) of the 70's that was bad.
Lumpy Cream Of Wheat.
Now you know why I learned to cook at the age of 10.
A whole ham, drizzled with brown sugar.
That should hold you till noon.
Even with 3 eggs, 1 sausage, and 1 piece of toast at 5:30am, I need a protein bar by 9:30am.
I usually get bored before I get filled up by cereal. I also am usually hungry within
the hour as well but then that is kind of how it is with most foods.
Yes but I'm active, and I need the protein to keep the muscle I've built up.Geez! You eat like a horse! I don't eat that much for breakfast. I skip it most days......
Yes but I'm active, and I need the protein to keep the muscle I've built up.
Skipping it would actually use muscle, I can't do that.
Plus, you've seen my fridge.
I can't let all those eggs go to waste, not after the chickens worked so hard to lay them.
On the mornings we go grocery shopping, I will have a protein shake until we eat.
That's 28g of protein, with 2g or carbs.
I'm working towards lifting more on the bowflex, to increase mass.
It's the Summer of Gregg.
